A second brain you actually own.
Most "AI for your work" products turn your knowledge into someone else's training data. Mindola goes the other way - private by default, exportable in one click, deletable for real.
The thing we kept hearing
Coaches, founders, consultants, advisors - anyone whose knowledge is the product - answer the same questions over and over. One person, in one inbox, repeating themselves.
The fix isn't another chatbot trained on the open web. The fix is a small, scoped, shareable version of their brain - the notes they took, the talks they gave, the documents they wrote - that visitors can ask questions of in their voice.
What Mindola is
You capture everything in one place - notes, links, files, voice memos, conversations. We index it. You point a lens at any slice of it and share a URL. Visitors talk to that lens; their questions land in your inbox; you can step in as a real human at any moment. Same brain, many faces.
Three beliefs the product runs on
One. Your knowledge should be yours. We encrypt it at rest, never train on it, and let you export everything as JSON with one button. Security details.
Two. A lens that refuses cleanly is better than one that makes things up. When a question lands outside the lens's scope, it says so. The refusal text is editable; the behavior isn't.
Three. The human stays in the loop. Refused asks, unanswered questions, and owner-takeover threads all surface in your inbox so the product never feels like a black box.
The team
We're a small group. We write the code, the help articles, and the changelogs ourselves. If you want to talk to us, say hello.
