Do I need a card to start?
No. Free is genuinely free, and the Pro trial doesn't ask for a card. You add one only when you publish a lens past the trial.
What happens if I cancel?
The lens unpublishes the same day. Your knowledge stays - you can keep capturing on Free indefinitely, and republish later by re-upgrading.
How is an "ask" counted?
One ask is one round-trip - a question and the answer that comes back, with citations. Follow-ups in the same conversation count as separate asks. Failed answers (refusals) don't count.
Can I share one plan across a team?
Pro and Premium are single-owner. For shared workspaces, multiple seats, and per-seat billing, the Team plan is in private beta - write to team@mindola.ai.
What about EU data residency?
All workspaces are hosted in Frankfurt by default. Captures and embeddings never leave the EU region. Premium customers can request a US region on request.
Do you train models on my data?
Never. Your captures are indexed for retrieval only. We don't fine-tune foundation models on customer data, and we don't sell it to anyone who does.
What does a voice clone need?
Standard quality needs about three minutes of clean speech - read a paragraph in the app. Pro quality wants 20 minutes for tone and pacing. You can re-train any time.
How is annual billing different?
Annual pays for ten months, you get twelve. You can switch from monthly at any time - the remainder of the month is credited.
