The library

What the library is

The Library is the home for everything file-shaped you have added to your knowledge: PDFs, transcripts, images, imported Markdown. Each one has been read, split into chunks, and indexed so the AI can search and quote it.

What you’ll see

Each document row shows its name, type, when it was updated, and whether it has a summary or a full analysis yet. Open one to see:

• The extracted text, page by page.
• The chunks the AI can quote.
• The analysis, if the document has been reviewed.

Library vs your mind

• The Library is the document-focused view: files as files.
• Your mind is the whole brain: facts and sources together. See Your mind.

A document in your library is also a source in your knowledge. Same item, document-shaped view.

Review a document

Open a document in the Library and run Review. Mindola reads the whole thing and gives you:

• A short summary of what it is.
• A section-by-section breakdown in plain language.
• Key points pulled out of each section.
• A risk flag where something deserves a closer look: low, medium, or high.

It is built for the long, dense documents nobody enjoys reading: contracts, policies, reports, terms.

Fill a form

If the document is a form, Fill uses what is already in your knowledge to draft answers for its fields. You review every field before anything is final; Mindola proposes, you decide.

It only fills from what you have actually captured. The more complete your knowledge, the more it can do.

• After uploading, give a document a minute to finish indexing, then ask a question only it could answer. The citation confirms it landed.
• Upload a contract, run Review, and read the risk flags first. They point you straight to the parts worth a second read.
