Contact support

How to reach a human from inside Mindola, what to include so the first reply is useful, and where to write if the chat will not open.

Every page of the app has a way to reach a person. Use it whenever the docs do not answer your question, something looks broken, or you want a hand with your lens.

Open the support chat

In the left sidebar, near the bottom, click Support. A chat window opens in the corner of the app.

If the sidebar is collapsed to icons, the Support button is still there, just above the settings gear. Hover it to see the label.

Type your question and send. You can keep using Mindola while you wait, and the chat does not interrupt what you were doing.

What happens next

Your name and email come through with the message, so there is no need to introduce yourself or quote your account details.

Replies arrive in two places. If you still have Mindola open, the chat reopens with the answer. If you have closed the tab, you get an email instead, and replying to that email continues the same conversation.

Get a useful first reply

A short message is fine. These four things save a round trip:

  • What you were trying to do.
  • What happened instead, including any error text.
  • Which lens it concerns, if it is about a lens.
  • Whether it happens every time or only once.

Try this

Ask something small first to see how it works. Open Support, send “just testing”, and watch the reply land.

If the chat will not open

The support chat loads from an outside service, so an ad blocker or a strict privacy extension can stop it. If clicking Support shows an error instead of a chat window, allow the site in your blocker and try again.

You can always write to info@mindola.ai instead. That reaches the same inbox as the chat.
